Vibe Club Fee Policy 

 

Club Fee Timeline

Deposit, non-refundable,  $1500, is due upon signing LOI within 3 business days.  Remainder of club fees due Jan 31st. 

 

Release After Signing an LOI

Once an athlete has signed an LOI and requests a release they will not get their non-refundable deposit back.  If an athlete has not paid their deposit and requests a release, they must pay their deposit in order for a release to be considered. 

 

Failure to Pay Club Fees 

Once the LOI is signed, the non-refundable deposit is to be paid within 3 business days. Failure to pay deposit will result in potential release from the club. Timely payment is required to maintain good standing and participation in club programming. Failure to do so, will result in athletes not being included in competitive opportunities.  

 

Injury 

If an athlete is injured before Jan 31, their deposit is non-refundable. We will do our best to look at each athlete on a case by case basis. If athletes would like to continue being a part of team and club activities with a chance to return to play, they are obligated to pay full club fees to keep in good standing by Jan 31st.  If injured after full fees are paid Jan 31, the fees paid are not refundable.
